Depends on villains aggression, the near pot sized bet is pretty range polorizing towards the nuts or a bluff so I could see a call. There is definitely a chance villain could bluff more because the 4 card straight presents more of a scare to sets/two pair hands than if the river was a 2c. I might actually bet/fold the river like 1/4-1/3 pot and try to get called by 2nd nut straight. Egh, maybe not with this exact hand since we have two J’s but in a similar situation. Too player dependent to know, I’d look at villains stats make up my mind whether I was calling or folding before I checked.
You river check basically cries “I have a straight but am afraid of a flush”, leaving you extremely vulnerable for bluffs in my opinion.
I would make a defensive value-sized bet on the river, instead of check. Now a call is completely player dependent, as JustAmazing777 pointed out.
The fact that it’s a potsized bet makes it smell a bit fishy, a rivered flush against a check would want to get some value from the pretty obvious straight.
